Ngozi Okaro collaborates with organizations and individuals to build assets and to create access. Over the course of a career in nonprofit leadership, she has led education and community-based organizations to identify and meet their missions. She is an expert at resource development, strategic planning and operations, leadership development, and governance, with special affinity for managing change for growth-stage enterprises. Ngozi helps organizations through revenue generation and cost containment, human capital development, and stakeholder engagement. Ngozi’s background includes leading fundraising initiatives at Yale University, National Urban League and its affiliates, and programs and operations at Phipps Neighborhoods, among others.
